All Levels Hatha Yoga Class: In this one hour class, you will dive into a yoga practice with your full body and soul.  There will be asana (yoga postures), pranayama (energy and breath work), chanting, meditation, and FUN.  This class is open to all levels and will accommodate those who have never done yoga, as well as the very experienced yogis!
