Yoga with Erin Harrington

This class will balance warming movements to heat the body (Vin) and postures that are held for longer periods of time to stretch the connective tissue and relax the deepest layers of the muscle (Yin). You will leave feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this healing practice.  Great for ALL  bodies and especially runners and the super athletic.

Caregiver & Me Yoga

We can create a long lasting connection with our little ones by sharing a yoga practice.  This class is for Caregivers (Mommy, Daddy, Nanny, Friend, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin- whoever provides loving care) and little ones ranging from newborn to 4 years old. In this 45 minute class, we will explore yoga asana (postures), music, singing, meditation, breath work and connection.  This is a really fun way to create joy and connection with your little one!
Wednesdays: May 3,10,17,24,31 from 9-10am
Class cost $12 for one adult and one child, $3 per extra child.

This class is designed for JUST kids- ages 4-12.  During this 45 minute class we will tell stories, do yoga postures and breath work, as well as play, sing, make music and meditate. Our children already have so much love and laughter in them- this will be a perfect class for them to use this playfulness to get centered, learn how to deal with strong emotions and have FUN!
